いつか偶然に、どこかで出会えそうな秘密のねこの世界を描くイラストレーター。
広島県出身。絵や漫画を描くこと、ものをつくることに没頭する幼少期、青春時代を過ごす。
2008年多摩美術大学プロダクトデザイン専攻卒業。デザイナーとして、大手酒造メーカーや化粧品メーカーから地域に根ざした食品メーカーまで、様々な企業の製品のパッケージデザインを手掛ける。
2016年よりイラストレーターとして活動。作品はSNSにて随時公開中。

Hiroko Tanaka is an illustrator and artist based in Aichi, Japan. She undertakes commercial work for licensing and sells original artwork.
She has liked drawing and making things ever since she was a child. Her interest led her to study product design at Tama Art University, Tokyo. She had then worked as a designer and designed packages including cosmetics, liquors, condiments, and snacks for a variety of clients.
She turned freelance and started drawing in 2016. She is inspired by humorous behaviors of cats and loves to draw them. With her distinctive, elaborate style, she captures their individualities and charms in her work. The drawings, created in a multitude of media from ink and watercolor to colored pencil and sometimes digital, are drawn up to an individual hair with extremely delicate lines.
